For next week, our Cohort B students will be in the building. As a reminder to all hybrid families in Cohort B, the Frontline Health App needs to be completed at least one hour prior to your child arriving to school. Teachers are excited to meet with our parents/guardians to discuss each child's progress this school year! REMOTE FAMILIES: If your child is a full remote student and does not attend school on either Cohort week, curriculum materials will be distributed Monday, November 16th and Wednesday, November 18th from 10 - 12 PM by the gymnasium. Please bring your child's class assignment card with their teachers name. If you are interested in purchasing school Spirit Wear or books from our Scholastic Book Fair, please bring your order forms!

The District has been notified of 2 positive cases of COVID-19. It was determined that neither individual was in the school buildings during the period of time they would have been contagious. These cases emphasize the importance of testing, staying home when sick, and not masking symptoms with fever reducing medications. Our school remains in the yellow zone. If you have agreed to testing and your last name begins with O-Z, please bring your child for a COVID test this week, 11/6 - 11/12. Please send the receipt/results via email to primaryschool@lawrence.org or send to school in your child's bookbag starting Monday, November 9. You can be tested at FTCC Inwood or there will be a COVID Testing Walk up site on Sunday 11/8 from 11 am – 2 pm (no out of pocket cost, bring your insurance card ) at Lawrence Primary School. Families can order spirit wear by completing the order form and sending cash or a check payable to "Number 2 School PTA' with your student by November 20th! For our full remote students, the PTA will be here every Monday and Wednesday by the gymnasium from 10AM - 12PM (during food distribution) to collect orders.
