Goals

In partnership with our community martial arts center, students participated in an interactive assembly on Monday, January 30th and Tuesday, January 31st focused on setting and achieving their goals. Warren Levi's center for Martial Arts and Fitness worked with students in understanding the difference between short term and long term goals. Additionally, students participated in different activities that focused on skills they could use to achieve anything they put their minds to.

This assembly aligns with our district and school wide focus on identifying and setting Wildly Important Goals. Using their imagination, listening skills to follow directions and discipline to monitor their actions - students gained a preview as to how these skills transfer into their school work and everyday lives to help them achieve goals!

Be sure to ask your children about their goals for this year and the progress they make each day towards achieving these goals.
