STEAM

Lawrence Primary School partnered with the Peninsula Public Library to introduce Botley and Dash.  Botley and Dash are targeted at teaching creative problem-solving and computational thinking. Students were able to help students learn fundamental processes relevant for all 21st century skills. In upcoming lessons, students can watch their virtual coding turn into tangible learning experiences in real time as Dash and Botley interact with and responds to its surroundings.

Thank you to our Makerspace/STEAM teacher Ms. Boerum and Pat Murphy from the Peninsula Public Library for bringing this experience to our school. Please see photos below of this valuable learning experience!
