Saturday marks the 20th anniversary of September 11, 2001. Today, we recognized this moment in history known as Patriot Day. September 11th has forever made a mark on our lives and our hearts. We take this day to remember the thousands of Americans who lost their lives, as well as the selfless bravery of our first responders.
To honor all the victims and heroes from this day, Superintendent Dr. Pedersen joined us as our custodians raised the flag to half-staff to honor those who were impacted or have made the ultimate sacrifice. Thank you to our music teachers for the playing of taps throughout the ceremony! The video recording of the ceremony can be accessed here: https://youtu.be/1yvukKgFbqY
