Welcome back from spring break! We are excited to return refreshed and ready for a busy and meaningful stretch of learning ahead.
We are excited to celebrate an incredible achievement as our classes reach their goal of completing 1,500 lessons on i-Ready! To honor this hard work and progress toward their WIGs (Wildly Important Goals), students enjoyed a well-earned game session celebration hosted by Ms. Henderson. This week we celebrated Ms. Brites' class and Ms. Lamberti's class!

Students in Ms. Brescio's class combined problem-solving skills and creativity by tackling math equations to complete an Earth Day coloring activity.

Spring is in full bloom in the hallway thanks to Ms. Pappas' class, Ms. Rincon's class and Ms. Arleo's class! Students shared what they love most about the spring season and what they like to do on a spring day, pairing their writing with a craft that captures the spirit of spring.

Mrs. Appleman's class is celebrating National Poetry Month (April) with acrostic poems all about spring.

Adding to the display, Mrs. Brown's 2nd grade class has been busy learning how to tell time and connect it to their daily routines. Each student chose a different moment from their busy school day and used both their time-telling skills and artistic abilities to showcase what happens at that moment in time. Their work brings the schedule of a school day to life!

Let's keep this momentum going as we head into a season full of growth and learning!
