Wellness Wednesday - Wear Pink for Gratitude
Students will understand how being thankful for things in their life can lead to a lifetime of gratitude!
Thankful Thursday- Wear Green: Green is the color of Mental Health Awareness
Students will be able to recognize the importance of self-esteem!
Fitness Friday- Dress for Fitness Success - Wear workout clothing
Students will be able to identify at least 2 reasons why being physically active is important for Mental Wellness!
