We are always so proud of our artists at Lawrence Primary School! Each year, our students learn about new artists from history and explore their own creativity during their Art class lead by Ms. Young. This year, we are able to showcase over 50 pieces of artwork at the Long Island Children's Museum's Community Gallery. Ms. Young states, "This is a wonderful opportunity to share our work with others. Our artists use their artwork to explore and share their thoughts, ideas and feelings."
Students will be able to go to the Museum with their families to see their artwork on display. We thank Ms. Young for her commitment to working with all our students and helping all students showcase their creativity and uniqueness. Please see below for some pictures of the showcase.
