Education is the Key to Success

Grade 1 students in Ms. Baltzer's class participated in a hands-on activity sorting 3D objects such as cones, triangular prisms, and rectangular prisms.

Grade 2 students in Ms. Perez's class watched the amazing life cycle of a butterfly in their classrooms and then set the butterflies free!

Grade 3 students in Ms. Mcabe's class participated in a hands-on activity learning all about the process of the Water Cycle. In this investigation, shaving cream was used to mimic fluffy clouds. Students then used colored dye to represent tiny water droplets coming through the clouds during the condensation stage. Eventually, the clouds became so heavy that the water fell down as precipitation. Students observed collection as well!

Grade 2 students in Ms. Lopeck's class had the opportunity to watch the amazing life cycle of a butterfly in their classrooms and then set the butterflies free!
