Stay Positive!





Grade 2 students in Ms. Appleman's class participated in Spirit Week to kick off Mental Health Awareness Month in May.  On Monday, students wore pajamas to understand the importance of feeling relaxed and taking time for themselves to reflect. On Wednesday, students wore GREEN to to represent mental health and the importance of self-esteem.  On Friday, students showed school/team spirit and reflected why being physically active is important for Mental Health. 




Grade 2 students in Ms. Firestone's class made Positivity Mirrors to always remind themselves to think positive! 



Grade 2 students in Ms. Brites' class wore GREEN on Wednesday to raise awareness for Mental Health!



Grade 1 students in Ms. Feigeles'  class participated in Spirit Week and wore PINK to represent being thankful. Students learned that being thankful for things in life can lead to a lifetime of gratitude!
