Mindset Mission with NED
This week, LPS welcomed back NED and performer Kieran for an exciting Mindset Mission Assembly! Students learned about the power of having a growth mindset and were reminded of NED’s three important messages: Never Give Up, Encourage Others, and Do Your Best. Our students enjoyed an engaging performance while learning that perseverance and a positive mindset can help them overcome challenges.
PE Teacher for the Day
We also welcomed Warren Levi Martial Arts from Cedarhurst to LPS for a special “PE Teacher for the Day” experience! A Sensei led students in all grades through fun exercises and activities while emphasizing the importance of self-control, focus, and perseverance. Students had a great time learning new skills and experiencing something different during their gym periods.
We look forward to welcoming Warren Levi Martial Arts back in the spring!
